Oregon Father Confronts Gunman in Deadly School Shooting

During a tragic shooting at Silver Rail Elementary School in Oregon, a father of two girls took action against a teenage gunman.

The attack resulted in the deaths of three students, marking a somber moment for the community.

President Donald Trump publicly praised the father's bravery, noting how uncommon it is for armed civilians to confront shooters in such incidents.

This event stands out as one of the few mass shootings in the United States where an armed civilian intervened directly.

The father's intervention brought attention to the ongoing debate about civilian involvement and gun violence in schools.
